Oropharyngeal, Wound, and Ophthalmological samples will be RT-PCR tested for the following viral, bacterial, and fungal pathogens: Herpes Simplex 1/2, M.tuberculosis, A.fumigatus, A.flavus, A.terreus, A.niger, T.pallidum, C.trachomatis, N.gonorrhroeae, C.ablicans, C.tropicalis, C.glabrata, C.krusei, and C.parapsilosis.
